The location of the hotel is perfect, just across the MTR station and within walking distance to the Star Ferry Terminal. It is also close to the night market at Jordan, allowing for convenient shopping. the room was fair, with important amenities like air conditioning, a clean and warm shower, and toilet. the water pressure in the shower was particularly impressive, which pleased my Mom and Aunt. Free wifi in the bedroom was a valuable feature for video calls and online streaming. the staff, including Raaj, Sonu, and Maila, were friendly and helpful, making them great resources for first-time travelers to Hong Kong.
The second room provided was much better than the first, ideal for a family of four on a tight budget. the room was spacious and clean, and the hotel staff were accommodating and friendly.

Very close to subway(MTR) entry. It is valued place to stay at Tsim Sha Tsui. The hotel's staff are kind, we put our baggage next to desk after we checked out without any fee (tip). Especially Mr. Ahmed make our room clean in a very short time, save our time on waiting the room before check-in. Other advantages (compare to other hotels with same price), 24hr (Electrical)Hot water for shower (very hot), towels, refrigerator, bottle water for free LCD TV with nice signal Fan
1. Pay in cash. 2. No indoor shoes 3. The public elevator is fulled frequently.

The hotel was clean with a good location.
Entering the hotel was a little confusing at first. It can be intimidating as well as the hotel is located in a hot spot for hawkers trying to flog electronic equipment and watches.

Location was epic! Free Wi-Fi was blazing fast. The rooms were spotless, with super cool aircon. Staff were attentive and Harry was a true hero, sorting our airport transfer hassle-free. Just a heads-up, the lift service was a bit slow due to the high demand from other hostels in the building.

Clean room, comfy bedsin gret location - close to subway station and short walk to star ferry
Building was less than salubrious, I would not have been comfortable staying here as a lone female. The building has a bad reputation but not sure how much of this is based on events in the 80s. Also, although stated on this website the hotel does not accept payment by card - cash only.

Tiny but clean. Great location.
To get to the hotel you need to go on a maze of shops, elevators and all kind of people trying to sell you something.

Mind-blowing location with convenient transport options nearby. The small but functional room exceeded expectations. Staff went above and beyond to provide helpful information. Noise-free and cozy with a magically comfy bed. Hairdryer and mirror were a convenient touch. Extended our stay due to great value for money.

It was great for the price! Nice and clean!
The only downside to the hotel is the wait for the lift! At first I didn't think it was something that would bother me but after a while it really grated on me, we once water for 20minutes, so there is no 'popping in' or 'popping out', once we got out of the building we made sure we were out for the day!

Very small room, Double room is ideal for 1 person only. Old rag-like bath towels. Stained pillow cases and bedsheets. Dusty bedsheets. No cabinets. Wifi not available. Overloaded elevators. Chungking mansion is a scary and chaotic location. Worst place booked via Booked.net in 2 years.

Room was very tiny, but was told many rooms in hk are small. The picture of room is seriously exaggerated of what you get. The staff was very pleasant. WiFi is in every room, but only works well not in your room. The location is great/horrible...Hotel is located downtown close to all shops/food/subway/bus/ferry, but to get to actual hotel it is in a very seedy, squalid area. I think since transport and food is not so expensive (in certain areas) I would next time opt for a upgrade in accommodations

The system is flexible. My former booking was double room. I asked reception to change it to twin room on the spot. The reception kindly let me change the room. I felt the service is very kind.

24-Hour access Friendly staff Air-conditioning / ceiling fan Great location Fairly cheap Secure Room was well shaded for sleeping in
Located in a shopping complex! Many people hocking watches and suits Some rooms nicer than others Many keys to different doors--but seems safer that way Not much soap or toothpaste provided Shower a bit awkwardly placed, and not too hot on busy mornings Just to be safe, bring a copy of your reservation!
